      <description>&lt;p&gt;According to a recent study, &lt;span class="caps"&gt;PHP&lt;/span&gt; is one of the most popular programming languages in the world. In spite of this, &lt;span class="caps"&gt;PHP&lt;/span&gt; is often criticized for its inconsistent naming conventions, its lack of important features as compared to other languages (like namespaces) and its inherent disorganization. Furthermore, &lt;span class="caps"&gt;PHP&lt;/span&gt; is very easy to learn, and this has often led to the common misconception that most &lt;span class="caps"&gt;PHP&lt;/span&gt; developers are inexperienced and that their code is therefore prone to security vulnerabilities and exploits.&lt;/p&gt;
